I’m Jesse Carey–a hands-on technician and operations analyst with a proven track record of driving efficiency across complex projects in both military and civilian sectors. My journey began in the U.S. Navy, where I served aboard the USS Hopper, managing critical shipboard propulsion and auxiliary systems and leading personnel through high-tempo operations. It was there that I learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and mission readiness principles that continue to define my approach today.
Since transitioning into the civilian workforce, I’ve supported major U.S. Navy underwater mine programs, including Quick Strike and Hammerhead. I specialize in assembling, testing, and maintaining ordnance systems, while also managing sensitive government inventory to exacting standards and maintaining quality control. As a certified Warehouse and Hazmat Custodian, I consistently ensure compliance, accuracy, and seamless operations.”
But beyond technical expertise and mission-critical operations, I’m a husband and a father. My wife and I are raising two amazing kids, a curious 6-year-old boy and a joyful 1-year-old girl. Some of my best weekends are spent fishing with them, making memories on the water, or building things together at home—whether it’s IKEA furniture or one of my own woodworking projects. In the house, I developed a different kind of leadership skill that I transferred to my professional career when interacting with others and responding to junior personnel.
I’m also a firm believer in lifelong learning. Between work and family, I stay committed to personal development by completing online courses, certifications, and staying current with industry standards. Whether I’m improving my project management skills or diving deeper into safety protocols, I believe growth never stops. At the time of writing, I am working on obtaining my CompTIA Security+ certification.
At the heart of everything I do is a deep sense of purpose and a commitment to service. I’m here to build, support, and contribute to missions that matter while setting an example for others.
